Hypnotherapy Nederlands

In hypnotherapy we enter a state of deep relaxation or trance in which we engage with the subconscious rather than the rational mind to solve problems.

Tapping into the subconscious has proven to be a very powerful and fast method to release fears and limiting beliefs about ourselves and the world.

Hypnotherapy is known to be a very effective tool in overcoming addictions and phobias; but it is also a powerful way to draw on sources of deep insight and creativity, initiate positive changes in our lives and achieve goals.

I use hypnotherapy in my practice, with tailor-made suggestions, to treat anxiety, addiction, low self-esteem, depression, insomnia, relationship problems, compulsive behaviour, sexual problems, stress-related symptoms and to help people manage or even reduce chronic pain or illness.

Hypnotherapy can also be used to help people tap into their potential, to deepen their self-awareness and make contact with their higher selves; accessing wisdom, creativity and inspiration in the process.

With hypnotherapy, I see my clients become more joyful and balanced, more confident and spontaneous. I see them become more successful, more trusting, more imaginative and open. Their personal and professional lives often improve and they become more creative and proactive in building a life that gives them true fulfilment and meaning.

Hypnotherapy is a form of brief therapy. Usually between 4 and 8 sessions are sufficient to set positive change in motion. I can also record a hypno- session that you as a client can listen to at home to continue the work independently.

A session lasts between 60 and 90 minutes and costs €60 per hour. The first session is always longer and lasts 90 minutes. Succeeding sessions usually last an hour.
