In my studio on the Ceintuurbaan I offer Hatha Yoga classes to small groups where the emphasis is placed on personal attention and technique.

Yoga Therapy

In my practice, at Healthy Choices, I offer yoga and breath therapy to people suffering from physical symptoms caused by stress or illness.

Stress is the number one cause of illness and death in the Western world, studies have shown the effects of stress to be more dangerous than dangerous than the effects of smoking or alcoholism.

Yoga is the best method to relieve stress related symptoms and restore balance and harmony to the body and mind.

Breath work combined with yoga can also help with asthmatic and other breathing problems.

Spinal twists in yoga are very good for helping improve digestive problems and stimulating the metabolism.

Yoga therapy is also an excellent way to manage chronic pain and helps slow the deterioration process in rheumatism and arthritis.

I also have a special anti-RSI class for people suffering from this complaint as well as other symptoms related to computer work.

Yoga therapy can also help with depression, sleeping problems and low energy. The different postures stimulate the nervous system, the lymphatic system and the endocrine system as well as releasing tension and stress from the muscles, tissue and organs.

I also employ some techniques for realignment of the spine.

Yoga therapy is suitable for people who have specific needs that cannot be met in a group class with 15 or 20 people.

The private session will be completely tailored to your individual situation and needs.

The cost for a session is € 60 per hour. In a personalised class, one hour is usually more than enough.
